How to Use the "Universal Twin Needle" on a Sewing Machine

1. Installation

• Turn on dual mode or use a special button on your sewing machine (if available) to limit the stitch width. This prevents the needle from hitting the needle plate, which could cause the needle to break.
• Check the thread tensionby making a few test stitches on a scrap piece of fabric.

2. Sewing Tips

• Do not force or pull the fabricto avoid uneven stitch length or needle breakage.
• To achieve a smooth seam,before sewingyou can useaerosol with hardener.
• Pintuck sewing(for decorative grooves) we recommend using a specialpintuck foot , which helps maintain an even distance between the grooves.

3. Thread Insertion

• You will needtwo spools of thread If there is no second spool holder, use a spool placed under the first thread spool.
• Both threads must be guided through the machine's guides together, but at the needle stitches they must be separated, each through one stitch.

Important:

• The automatic needle threading function will not work with a double needle, so the thread will need to be threaded manually.

Warning: Make sure your sewing machine has a needle plate and foot opening wide enough to safely use a twin needle with a large spacing between the needles. An incorrectly chosen needle can damage the sewing machine or cause the needle to break.
