Use a stretch stitch, narrow zigzag stitch, or overlock for seams so that the seam can stretch with the fabric and not break during wear.

Before sewing, it is recommended to wash the cotton knit according to the care instructions for the specific fabric, as natural cotton fibers may shrink slightly after the first wash.
