Cotton French Terry is a soft, comfortable, slightly stretchy fabric containing elastane.

 The fabric is smooth on one side and has a small loop structure on the other, providing extra comfort and warmth.

This fabric is ideal for sportswear, casual clothing, hats, sweatshirts, trousers, and children's clothes.

French Terry is breathable and allows natural air circulation, making it an excellent choice for both cooler and warmer days. A practical, durable fabric with enough stretch for comfortable everyday wear.

Sewing tips:

When sewing cotton knit fabric, we recommend using Jersey or Stretch needles. For very stretchy knit fabric, we recommend using Super Stretch needles, which are specially designed for stretchy fabrics. These needles have a rounded tip that lets them glide easily between the knit fibers without damaging the fabric. Needle size is usually   70/10 or 80/12.
