Cotton fabric, or poplin, is a high-quality natural fabric that is skin-friendly and breathable. Its hypoallergenic properties make it an excellent choice for sewing bed linen, tablecloths and clothing. An ideal fabric for dresses. Sewing with cotton is easy and suitable for beginners.

Sewing tips:

Poplin is an easy fabric to work with, making it a great choice for beginners and experienced sewists alike. When sewing poplin, we recommend a universal sewing machine needle (70/10 or 80/12), which suits this fabric weight well. Iron the poplin before sewing to avoid creases, and use fine pins or fabric clips to keep things precise.
